Floral AF Club – Yearly Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Floral AF Club – Yearly Plan, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve kept them cute and consumer-law compliant.
1. Payment & Billing
The yearly plan is prepaid in full
You are committing to a 12-month flower subscription
This plan auto-renews, but we’ll let you know when it’s time to rejoin
Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged
2. Deliveries
You’ll receive 1 bouquet/month, delivered on the first Monday or Saturday of each month
Choose your preferred delivery day at sign-up—we’ll stick to it
Deliveries take place during standard delivery hours (no time slots)
3. Missed Deliveries
If no one is home:
Houses: We’ll leave the bouquet in a safe place
Apartments: We’ll text before delivering
If we can’t complete a delivery due to incorrect info, we won’t be able to refund or reattempt without a rescheduling charge
Rescheduling: delivery can be reschedule with 48 hours’ notice
4. Pauses
You may pause twice during your 12-month subscription
We require at least 48 hours’ notice before any pause or reschedule
Paused deliveries will be added to the end of your subscription
5. Perks
Your first delivery includes a mystery gift (valued up to $10)
You’ll receive a 10% off discount code for use on other Blumen purchases
Code valid for 5 uses while your subscription is active
Code expires once the subscription ends
6. Cancellations & Refunds
The yearly subscription is non-refundable once charged
You may not cancel early for a partial refund, but you can transfer remaining deliveries to a friend if needed—just email us to update the info
7. Compliance
Our subscriptions comply with British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act
Terms are disclosed clearly and transparently
We don’t hide fees, or use shady fine print
