By signing up for the Floral AF Club (Weekly Plan), you’re agreeing to these terms. They’re cute, they’re clear, and they’re here to protect us both.
💐 1. How It Works
You’re subscribing to a monthly flower plan billed every 4 months
Choose from:
The OG – $45
Full Bloom – $75
Extra AF – $100
You’ll receive 1 bouquet per Month for 4 Months
Deliveries are on Mondays or Saturdays (you choose at sign-up)
Your plan auto-renews every 4 Months until cancelled
🧾 2. Payment & Auto-Renewal
Your card will be charged upfront for the next 4 months
Your subscription will automatically renew every 4 months
You may cancel any time, but must do so at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged again
No refunds will be issued for partial use or missed cancellations
🎁 3. Perks & Extras
Your first delivery includes a mystery gift (approx. $10 value—think candle, plant, or treat)
You’ll receive a personal 10% off discount code for other Blumen purchases
Valid for 5 uses while your subscription is active
Perks and codes expire when your subscription ends

You may choose to upgrade your blooms:

Full Bloom – $75

🚚 5. Delivery Details
Bouquets are delivered on Mondays or Saturdays during shop hours (no time slots)
You’ll choose your preferred day when signing up—we’ll stick to it
Houses: If no one’s home, we’ll leave the bouquet in a safe spot
Apartments: We’ll text before delivering
It’s your responsibility to provide correct delivery info and phone number
⏸️ 6. Pauses & Rescheduling
1 pause for monthly plans
You may request to reschedule one delivery per cycle with at least 48 hours’ notice
Missed deliveries without notice are not refunded
🛑 7. Cancellations
Cancel any time through your Blumen account or by emailing us
Cancellations must be made 3 days before your next billing date to avoid renewal
Once a new 4-week cycle is charged, it’s non-refundable

In line with British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act:
All pricing, terms, and policies are clearly disclosed
There are no hidden fees or shady clauses
You can cancel freely without penalties
We don’t force arbitration or limit your legal rights
Our advertising is truthful, and we don’t do fine-print tricks
